- This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over and who is a resident of the UK, except for employees of Noble Rot Ltd, its subsidiary companies, their families and any other company connected with the competition.
- Entry via proof of pre-order must be received by 23:59 GMT on 6th November to enter this competition. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, corrupted or which fail to be received by the closing date for any reason, will not be counted. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be counted. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- To enter, provide proof of pre-order of Who's Afraid of Romanée-Conti?: A Shortcut to Drinking Great Wines from any UK retailer (scan, photo or copy of email confirmation) and fill in your details via the online form available on https://noblerot.co.uk – please do not submit any bank details with your proof of pre-order.
- All correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 18th November. The first entry drawn at random will be the winner.
- The prize: Two winners will win tickets for them and a pal to join Dan Keeling and fellow Noble Rot co-founder Mark Andrew for a special 'Who’s Afraid of Romanée-Conti?' themed dinner in our Soho private dining room. Three course meal on one evening including wines selected by Dan Keeling. No cash alternative and non-transferable. Any other cost incurred must be paid in full. The prize is non-transferrable.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 10 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of Noble Rot sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, we reserve the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- Other than those specified above, the Noble Rot shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as result of accepting this prize.

- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. - Noble Rot may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Noble Rot’s sole opinion) or who, in Noble Rot’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the competition, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, using multiple accounts to submit multiple entries, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants, the panel or a representative of Noble Rot.
- Noble Rot's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competition.
